What is your return policy?
We want you to be as happy wearing Bombas products as we are making them. That’s why our "Happiness Guarantee" covers free returns, exchanges, and replacements (including free shipping).

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase; this window extends to 60 days for purchases made in November or December (we know how busy the holiday season can be).
No matter how many times the items have been washed—or even if your dog chewed a hole in them—you can request a free replacement or exchange.

Bombas products purchased online can only be processed for refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credit via our online returns portal, and proof of purchase is required. Items purchased online cannot be returned at our physical retail stores.
